To access attachments in PDF format please download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader which is available in several different versions to suit different computers.  For blind and vision impaired users, Acrobat Access View presents an alternative view of PDF documents in Acrobat Exchange or Reader as a supplement to the standard reader. After you have downloaded the Acrobat Reader, go to the Adobe site to download Acrobat Access View.
